Sales Development Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenges, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify leads.
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and lead quality to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1 year of international sales and lead generation experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Resilient and positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer success.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in B2B sales environment.
  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
