Role/Purpose

Responsible for managing Call Center Operations. This role takes responsibility for the operational management of all Sales and Support Call Center activities. You will lead teams of sales associates, team leads, technical support engineers to drive sales revenue, improve customer experience, increase productivity and maintain service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive multiple sales teams to achieve and exceed sales and retention targets in relation to volume, sales conversion, customer satisfaction and quality performance measures
  • Actively develops sales and support staff individuals and teams through mentoring and coaching
  • Identifies individual strengths of team members and actively fosters career advancement
  • Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends in terms of KPI delivery and operational effectiveness of the call center
  • Introduce and supervise the use of best practice process methodologies to improve results
  • Day to day performance management in the call for speed, efficiency, sales and quality
  • Additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning and assigning work; rewarding and reviewing employees; and effective conflict resolution

Requirements

  • Seasoned professional with overall 5+ years of experience in sales, with minimum of 3 years managing international sales call center
  • Candidates managing outbound software sales process will be preferred
  • History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Comfortable working US SHIFT / NIGHT SHIFT
  • Passion in training and development of staff
  • High performance orientation and manage team performance effectively
  • Experience in handling global customers and highly customer oriented
  • Presents ideas clearly and concisely in verbal and written communications
  • Open to new ways to accomplish work and demonstrates flexibility in adapting to change
  • Anticipates, takes mitigating steps to avoid, and quickly resolves issues that occur
