JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring several additional Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinators who would be responsible for driving and coordinating the realization of the LMS as a valuable tool for our employees. This job role will involve coordinating eLearning course development and overall LMS system administration.
The LMS Coordinators will assist in developing and implementing eLearning courses. They might not have to actually create the course content but will play a crucial role in reviewing the courses that are provided to them before final implementation to the LMS to ensure a set course quality is maintained throughout the departments. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate training records by updating the available training trackers regularly and assigning roles to the learners available in the LMS database. Like most software or applications need a timely refresh, they will be responsible for reviewing and revising the existing eLearning content and maintaining the learning management system.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review the course content created or purchased for employee training
- Uploading the eLearning course content to the LMS system
- Updating and maintaining the LMS system regularly
- Research and implement new functionalities suggested by the stakeholders
- Update and maintain the trainee database within the LMS system
- Create and update various training reports and share them with the stakeholders
- Maintain the learner and course trackers for various departments regularly
Skills & Qualification Requirements
- 2-3 years experience as a LMS Coordinator / Administrator
- Any graduate from an accredited university / college (preferably from science domain)
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be self-motivator and self-starter
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
