Role/Purpose
We are currently looking to hire several HR Generalist to work for a major US-based software company.
We are looking for self-motivated, detailed oriented individuals to work in the following areas:
- Coordination with employees and employee engagement activities
- Excellent communication skills both in Hindi and English, should be able to speak and write effectively.
- Issuing Offer/appointment letters, and confirmation letters, warning letters, and issuing basic assets to new employees.
- Conducting induction process of new joiners
- Documentation of new joiners
- Coordinating with various departments for the requirement.
- Leaves and attendance management.
- Responsible for joining and exit formalities.
- Day to Day HR communications and activities in coordination with internal department.
- General Administration.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Organized and open to learning new skills.
- Great team player.
- Self-starter that does not require a lot of supervision.
