Role/Purpose

We are currently looking to hire a Front Desk Executive to work for a major US-based software company.

We are looking for self-motivated, detailed oriented individuals to work in the following areas:

  • Pleasing personality and attitude.
  • Good Communication, listening skills.
  • Responsible for reception activities, logging phone calls, record requests & complaints of the clients.
  • Attending incoming calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
  • Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner.
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Maintenance of Attendance Register and keeping a track on outdoor duties of the Executive/Staff.
  • Graduate or equivalent degree, minimum 6 months of experience in front office/Receptionist.

Candidates interested in this position must demonstrate interest in technology and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
