Role/Purpose

We are currently looking to hire several Customer Success Manager to work in a Business Development Department for a USA-based software company.

The right candidate is an excellent communicator, with keen understanding of the importance of maintaining the relationship with the customer and has proven ability to handle customer queries through email and phone calls. The right person also has a keen eye for new opportunities and pass existing clients to the sales department for additional up-selling opportunities. Key responsibilities will include improving customer satisfaction by regularly follow-up calling and emailing existing corporate clients.

A qualified candidate should possess excellent skills in oral, presentation, and written communication. The candidate needs to handle various challenges with an ability to solve them and thus possess ability to think outside of the box within a dynamic and fast paced work environment.

Candidate must be willing to work USA-based hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in customer support preferably in software
  • Excellent knowledge of the Windows computers and experience of international marketing is an added advantage
  • Experience in handling customer service team
  • High performance orientation and manage team performance effectively
  • Experience in handling global customers and highly customer oriented
  • Great team player
  • Should possess excellent skills for client relationship building
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to multi-task is critical
  • Exceptional listening, problem solving, and follow through skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working US SHIFT / NIGHT SHIFT
