Account Manager – USA Software Sales

We are currently looking to hire several Technical Support Executives and Technical Support Managers to work for a major USA-based software company.

Candidate must be willing to work USA-based hours, Monday through Friday.

ROLE/PURPOSE

  • Identify the opportunities in calls using our call analytics tool and share them with the respective team managers
  • Monitor associates email responses to clients for their email writing skills
  • Provide direct feedback to the staff on the identified opportunities
  • Call out major outliers and share feedback with their team managers
  • Analyze and prepare improvement reports for management review

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year in technical support, customer service, or customer relationship management, preferably in software.
  • Experience in dealing with USA-based business customers.
  • Excellent knowledge of the IT services and experience of international marketing is an added advantage.
  • Should possess excellent skills for account handling and client relationship building.
  • Great team player.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multi-task is critical.
  • Exceptional listening, problem solving, and follow through skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
